Wooden Sitting Hanuman Statue – Hand Painted Green Hanuman with Folded Hands and Gada

Description

This Wooden Sitting Hanuman Statue, also called Anjaneyar, is carved from wood and painted by hand. Lord Hanuman sits peacefully with his hands folded in a respectful namaste and his eyes closed in prayer. A gold gada (mace) rests by his side. His long tail curls over his head like an arch. He wears a gold crown with a namam mark, a gold necklace, a red and blue dhoti and red cheeks. The bright colours and fine carving make this idol stand out in any room.

The statue sits on a strong carved base. Place it in your pooja room, living room, entrance or office table. Hanuman stands for strength and devotion, so this idol is a lovely gift for housewarming, Hanuman Jayanthi and festival days.

Since it is handmade, small changes in carving and paint are natural and add to its charm.
