Description
This Wooden Saraswati Idol, also called Saraswathi, is carved from wood and painted by hand. The Goddess sits on a pink lotus and plays the veena. A big colourful cloth with tassels curves behind her like an arch. She wears a crown with a bright halo, gold jewellery and teal earrings. The textured finish and the bright colours give this idol a rich, traditional look.
The idol sits on a strong carved base with colourful lotus petals. Place it in your pooja room, study room, living room or office table. Saraswati is the Goddess of knowledge, music and learning, so this idol is a lovely gift for students, teachers and music lovers. It is also a perfect gift for housewarming and festival days.
Since it is handmade, small changes in carving and paint are natural and add to its charm.
