Wooden Pillaiyar Statue – Hand Painted Sitting Ganesha on Lotus

Description

This Wooden Pillaiyar Statue, also called Ganesha or Vinayagar, is carved from wood and painted by hand. Lord Pillaiyar sits on a pink lotus with four hands. One hand holds a modak. He wears a colourful crown with an orange halo behind him, red and gold jewellery, a green garland and an orange dhoti. A little mouse sits near the lotus. The antique style paint and fine carving give this idol a rich, classic look.

The statue sits on a strong carved base with a flower design and colourful lotus petals. Place it in your pooja room, living room, entrance or office table. It is a lovely gift for housewarming, a new business, Vinayagar Chaturthi and festival days.

Since it is handmade, small changes in carving and paint are natural and add to its charm.
