Palani Murugan Statue – Standing Dhandayuthapani Idol

Description

This Palani Murugan Statue is a handcrafted idol of Lord Murugan as Dhandayuthapani of Palani. He stands straight on a square base with a calm face, a tall crown and the holy tilak. He holds a danda (staff) in one hand and rests the other hand on his waist. A long garland, necklaces, belt and dress have fine, detailed carving. The golden finish looks bright and gives a holy feel.

Place him in your pooja room on a shelf or table. Pray to him on Tuesdays, Kiruthigai, Thai Poosam, Skanda Sashti and Panguni Uthiram. It is also a lovely gift for housewarming, wedding and for devotees of Palani Andavar.
