Kamatchi Amman Statue – Kamakshi Amman Idol with Arch and Sri Chakra

Description

This Kamatchi Amman Statue is a handcrafted idol of Goddess Kamakshi Amman of Kanchipuram. She sits in a calm pose on a throne with a smiling face and a tall crown with a crescent moon. A parrot sits on her hand, and she holds a sugarcane. A carved golden arch with a lion face on top stands behind her, with red cloth inside. A small Sri Chakra is placed in front. The idol stands on a neat maroon base.

Place her in your pooja room on a shelf or table. Pray to her daily, and on Fridays, Pournami, Navaratri and special Amman poojas. It is also a lovely gift for housewarming, wedding and Navaratri golu.

Since it is handmade, small changes in finish and carving are natural and add to its charm.

Care Tip: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from water and direct sunlight. Handle with care, as the idol can chip if it falls.
