Wooden Lotus Vilakku Maadam – Wall Mounted Diya Shelf

Description

This Wooden Lotus Vilakku Maadam is handcrafted from wood. It has a neat arch niche with a small round shelf at the bottom to keep your lamp or diya. A carved pink lotus sits on top and adds a bright touch to the brown wood. The lotus is a symbol of Goddess Lakshmi, purity and good luck, so it is a lovely choice for a pooja room.

Fix it on the wall in your pooja room, living room, entrance or near your Tulasi plant. It is a lovely gift for housewarming, Karthigai Deepam, Diwali and festival days.

Since it is handmade, small changes in carving, paint and wood grain are natural and add to its charm.

Care Tip: Keep away from water and direct sunlight. Use a small clay or brass diya on a plate, or an LED lamp, and never leave a lit lamp alone. Fix it on a strong wall with good wall plugs.
