Description
This Wooden Venugopalan Statue, also called Krishna or Gopalan, is carved from wood and painted by hand. Lord Krishna has a blue skin tone and stands with his legs crossed, playing a flute. A white cow with gold jewellery stands beside him. His two upper hands hold the chakra and the shankha. He wears a gold crown with a namam mark and a halo behind his head, a green necklace, rich gold jewellery and an orange and red dhoti. The bright colours and the fine carving make this idol stand out in any room.
The statue stands on a strong carved base with colourful lotus petals. Place it in your pooja room, living room, entrance or office table. It is a lovely gift for housewarming, Krishna Jayanthi, Gokulashtami and festival days.
Since it is handmade, small changes in carving and paint are natural and add to its charm.
